Private room ensuite, town center, walk to ALL#1

Welcome to my house :) It is a four stories building with some spare rooms to share. We locate very center of Chiang Rai surrounded by main tourist attractions. You can visit all famous spots in town on foot! The space Our room is spacious (25sqm) with ensuite bathroom and private balcony. Lots of natural light and airy. Guests will be provided with a queen size bed, fresh linens and towels. We have a working table, flat screen TV and also free wifi. Guest access This is a self service boarding house where guests can prepare a small meal by themselves, relax on our rooftop free space or do the laundry if you have free time. During your stay I travel between 2-3 cities for business so I mostly will be away. But Chiang Rai is my hometown so I still have someone help me out. And also with my 10 years hosting experience on Airbnb. My goal is to make sure that my guests have a pleasant and smooth stay at my place.
