The Pool House Enter the pool house via the 12' sliding glass doors that overlook the pool, backyard, and Midtown skyline. Inside you'll enjoy cool concrete floors with a wood accent detail that has been carried from the ceiling, all the way down the wall for visual interest. The open concept living space offers a queen size bed on the left side with a seating area in the middle. These two modern loveseats fold down into twin beds to offer additional sleeping options when needed. One closet in this spaces offers a stacked washer and dryer, and the other closet is perfect for storing your things. On the right side you'll enjoy a full kitchen complete with refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, dishwasher and disposal. Leathered quartz counters waterfall down the side to enhance the modern look and counter mounted cabinets disguise additional storage. The bathroom is private behind a locked pocket door and offers a walk-in shower with a spa shower panel offering multiple shower options for you to enjoy. Floor to ceiling tile and designer fixtures give this compact space a truly elevated experience. Outside you will love the salt water pool in a pebble finish with a large bench that extends the entire length of the pool. During the colder months, a matte-black tiled hot tub is also available for you to enjoy! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property with the exception of the garage. While guests have access to the roof deck, we ask that guests are respectful of the neighbors while using the roof deck. Other things to note Yard service is done every other Wednesday, which includes access to the back and side yards Pool Service is done every Monday. No guests under 13 due to the close proximity to pool without discussing with us first. There is no railing on the stairs leading up to the roof deck. Those with mobility impairments or with impaired balance should exercise caution when ascending and descending the stairs. There are several neighborhood cats who have taken up residence on the side of the house. We ask that guests do not disturb the auto-feeder. The house is pet friendly and an additional charge is added when pets will be staying. This fee is for regular cleaning following a pet. Additional cleaning, outside expected cleaning, will result in additional cleaning charges paid by the guest. Spa heat is included during your stay.
