The space This studio flat, with air-conditionned, is located in a very pleasant and "green" neighbourhoods only 800 meters from the "Croisette", the palace of festivals, the main shopping street, and the historic town, while being preserved from downtown hustle and bustle. Going to Nice or anywhere else on the riviera by train shall be very easy as the station is only 10 minutes away, on foot. The same short distance separates you from the pier, from where you will be able to cruise to Sainte-Marguerite islands, Saint-Honorat or even Saint-Tropez. Every day life is made easy as bakery and grocery stores can be found within a very short range and a private off-street parking is available inside the residence if you have a car. Our 31 square meters property has been entirely renovated, furnished and decorated in January 2013. It is located on the first floor of a small 4-store building (of course, an elevator is at your disposal for easy access) and enjoys a southern exposure, which makes it extremely bright and pleasant to live in. Next to the entrance hall you will find a spacious bathroom (with a shower cubicle) and a separated water closet. The adjoining living room, which comprises an equipped kitchen with a dining area, has a comfortable sofa bed for 2 persons and several appliances that have been installed for your convenience (TV, DVD, HiFi and WiFi are at your disposal). We are certain you will appreciate the 8 square meters terrace (furnished with outdoor tables and chairs) from which, on summer days, you can feel the delightful and refreshing air from the verdant private enclosed garden of the residence... Other things to note This flat is equipped with air conditionner, very pleasant to have good nights during heat period. Private off-street parking is available for your car.
