'Cottage on Thompson' - Bluff Hill

'Cottage on Thompson' is a charming 2-bedroom cottage with a Jack and Jill bathroom, located only minutes from Napier CBD on picturesque Bluff Hill. The master bedroom contains a queen bed, and the second bedroom has two single beds. The Cottage has a fully-equipped kitchen and laundry facilities also. Guests have full use of the Cottage, which is located on the same section as our family home and surrounded by well-established gardens. Secure off-street parking is also available. The space The Cottage is available to guests to use in its entirety - this includes both bedrooms, the bathroom, lounge, kitchen and laundry facilities. There is a private access to the Cottage, via the front door (which faces toward the road). The laundry facilities are located in an enclosed, dedicated laundry space to the left-hand side of the front door (as you're facing the road). The rear door faces toward the rest of the property, with our family home at the top of the driveway. Please note, there are external security cameras located on the property. These cameras are outside with a view of the gate and driveway only. Guest access The Cottage is available to guests to use in its entirety - this includes both bedrooms, the bathroom, lounge, kitchen and laundry facilities. Other things to note ‘Cottage on Thompson’ is located on the same section as our family home, where we live together with our three children and two dogs, Fia (a Labrador x Huntaway) and Lottie (a Labrador x Springer Spaniel). Both dogs are friendly and love any and all human attention. The Cottage is at the bottom of the driveway and completely separate from the house, with its own private access. Please note, there are external security cameras located on the property. These cameras are outside with a view of the gate and driveway only. For completeness, please note there is a small crack in the basin in the bathroom - this is aesthetic only and does not impact the use of the basin or bathroom. There is also one tile in the kitchen that has a small crack through it - again, this is aesthetic only.
