Methoni is a small Greek coast town on Messina at most south west of the Peloponnes with about 2.600 inhabitants. The castle of Methoni and the historical sites of King Nestor, hiking, biking, swimming, water sports are all near. World class golf fairways of Costa Navarino are only 25 minutes by car away. You will find information about activities in our house. There are good restaurants around you, where you can eat and treat. Please consider that we entrust this house to you for your vacation. It is a lovingly created private house, so no hotel, furnished with personal belongings. Guest access You alone have access to the loft which has a separate entrance. Ideal for a small family. Other things to note House rules. Welcome to our house. 1. Open fire is not allowed, neither with candles or barbecue or campfire. In Greece, there are many small and some disastrous fires every summer due to carelessness in dealing with fire. Therefore, we ask you to refrain from candles. Flashlights are ready for use in case of power failure. 2. Smoking in the house is strictly prohibited. Outside, please mind the cigarette carefully and dispose it safely. 3. The villa " An olive-, a lemon-tree and a house“ is located in the middle of the small town. Please respect the need for rest of the neighbors and refrain from loud music / parties. 4. Minimum stay is three days. 5. No youth groups or party groups. 6. No animals or pets are allowed 7. Don´t feed the wild cats & dogs. If you want to act according to your empathy, go down to one of the waste containers and put the food there. 8. Check-in is from 15:00 clock, checkout until 11:00 clock. 9. Deposit is required and will be transfer back to your account after the house is checked by us or our housekeeper. 10. Call our housekeeper Tasos & Nasia at least one hour before your arrival. 11. Please be aware, that according to the Greek taxation laws, we do need your passport number or, if you are Greek citizen your tax number (AFM / VAT).
