Rental unit in Bari

Beautiful apartment with a loft, on the 1st floor of a late 19th-century building without an elevator. You will be in the center of the city, 300 meters from the old town and two blocks from Via Sparano. Antique reclaimed floors and parquet. You will have a large dining room with a kitchen on the ground floor (sofa and single bed for 2 children) and, on the mezzanine, the bedroom with a large double bed and a large bathroom with shower and toilet. Upon your arrival, we will offer you a small "welcome breakfast". The space We will not provide check-in information unless you send your documents or the registration information we require at the time of booking. The apartment has a security door, a balcony facing the street, air conditioning and independent heating, unlimited WIFI, a coffee machine and a kettle. We will give you maps of the city and tips for the most evocative places in Bari and Puglia. We remind you that the sofa and the single bed in addition narrow the space available and are suitable for two children of maximum 13/14 years, not for adults. Guest access As our guests, you will have the entire house at your disposal. Check-in is from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., after 9:00 p.m. an extra 15 euros. Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Long check-out is only allowed if available, with a surcharge of 30 euros. In Italy, there is a T.U.L.P.S. law, Article 109, which obliges us as managers of non-hotel facilities to register our guests with the State Police portal. We will therefore ask you upon arrival to provide us with your identity documents: passport and identity card are the only ones recognized in Italy (we do not accept a driver's license) For reasons of public safety, it is forbidden to let anyone who has not been indicated and registered at the time of check-in enter the house, even for a short time.
