Ours is a holiday home inside a safe gated community, 50 min from Nainital. Being the highest property in Ramgarh, 200 m above Nainital, we offer a fully-furnished comfortable homely experience, with your own personal cook. Go hiking into Ramgarh’s dense jungles, a steep trek to the Shiva temple on the nearby peak or to ruins of Tagore's cottage in the jungles. Well-suited for families, groups & couples. Both Tagore & Mahadevi Verma once lived near our home. Centrally-located in Kumaon Himalayas The space Our home comprises 3 bedrooms (restrooms attached), 2 living rooms having sofa beds and an exclusive dining room and kitchen. In the serene environment and pure air & water, you can enjoy the luxury of solitude & privacy here. Go hiking up into the pristine forest and roast your favourite food in a bonfire, all assisted by our care-taker. Trek up into the untouched forests, climb to the mountain-top and enjoy breakfast coupled with a majestic view & the relaxing sounds of trees & birds. Don't be surprised if you find yourself sitting within a cloud! We also have a small market 2 km from our home (a pleasant 15 min walk). A restaurant & bar, pool, spa and gym are available nearby at nominal rates (although they're not a part of our listing). Guest access Guests have access to their exclusive floor through their own private entrance. You can enjoy delicious meals prepared by our cook, or you can do your own cooking in your private kitchen. We provide all utensils, fridge and cooking basics (spices, oil, etc) if you wish to cook yourself. Living so high up in our gated community, you'll feel like you practically own the mountain. Guests have full access to our living rooms and kitchen in full privacy with no interference from hosts or care-taker. Free parking available. But if you're the lazy kind, sit back, grab a cup of coffee from our kitchen and delve into your favourite book. Or else, pack along your telescope and spend the night gazing at the clear sky in pitch dark, & let the music of silence soothe your soul.
