We are inside the Morada da Praia Condominium on Boraceia beach in Bertioga, São Paulo. Boraceia Beach has kiosks, lifeguards, security, showers and bathrooms. The condominium is gated, security is our great privilege, with camera monitoring and security guards. We have infrastructure with a market, drugstore, ice cream parlor, pizzeria, bars, bakery, shops, church, and 24-hour UPA (private), where there is no need to leave the condominium, except to visit other beaches and go on tours. The space _double suite with balcony and air conditioning, _single suite with 1 single box bed, 1 bunk bed and air conditioning, (all with pillows, sheets, blankets and towels) _living room with sofa bed and TV, _kitchen with table and chairs, small refrigerator, 2-burner cooktop stove and utensils (pots, dishes, cutlery and glasses), _social bathroom, _yard (you can bring a portable barbecue), _laundry room with sink and clothesline. _Includes bed and bath linens. _We accept small animals, with a fee of $120.00 per animal for the period of the stay (animals are prohibited from circulating in the common areas). _1 child per chalet is only complimentary if under 3 years old and accommodated in a crib in the room with parents. We are available on site from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. if you need anything. Other things to note We are inside the Morada da Praia condominium it has buses that run free of charge every hour along the main avenue. There is a Food Park, food trucks with food, bars with live music, a restaurant, pizzeria, ice cream parlor, drugstore and a church. We have security with camera monitoring and security patrols. Our beach is Boraceia, which is 9 km long, and we are close to Guaratuba, Barra do Una, Juqueí, among others. Here we also have nautical tours, sport fishing, trails, waterfalls and our cuisine rich in fish and seafood. The beach is within 10 minutes drive.
