This peaceful haven, nestled in nature, is the perfect place to gather with family, friends, or simply enjoy a quiet stay. The Accommodation: This renovated farmhouse combines old-world charm, practicality, and comfort. It is bright thanks to its large windows. Ground Floor: - Kitchen (25 m²): Fully equipped with coffee maker, oven, stovetop, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, and dishes. It features a large dining table with an extension, ideal for family gatherings. - Living Room (40 m²): A spacious and welcoming area perfect for relaxation, equipped with a television and several sofas. - Double Bedroom (15 m²): Equipped with a 160 cm bed and storage. - Independent Shower Room - Laundry Room with washing machine and sink. - WC Upstairs: - Bedroom 1 (13 m²): Three single beds with storage. - Bedroom 2 (13 m²): A 140 cm double bed, a desk, and storage. - Bedroom 3 (13 m²): A 140 cm double bed and a single bed, with storage. - Bathroom: With a bathtub and integrated WC. The Outdoors: Located at the end of a private path, the house ensures total privacy with no direct neighbors. You can enjoy: - A large unfenced garden, perfect for outdoor games or relaxation. - An orchard, where it's pleasant to stroll. - A spacious courtyard, ideal for outdoor meals. - Plenty of parking spaces. ⚠ An adjacent large barn is not accessible to guests. Practical Information: - Capacity: Up to 10 people. - Sheets: not included for stays of less than one week. They can be provided for €10 per person per stay as an extra charge through Airbnb.
