The space Located just 5 kms from Mudgee you can explore town and the region with ease. A huge wrap around lounge, wood burning fireplace for winter warmth, and reverse cycle air conditioning for comfort all year round. A fully equipped home, THE BLACK SHED overlooks the vineyard with spectacular views to Lawsons Creek and Mount Buckaroo. Quality linen and towels are supplied. Bedroom 1 is a QUEEN bed, upstairs with an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is a KING or TWIN, downstairs with a separate adjacent full bathroom with a bath and shower. This unique property will provide the perfect escape to stay and relax or explore from! Guest access THE BLACK SHED has it's own driveway and is separate to the rest of the vineyard. It is approximately 80 metres across the paddock from the main house. You are welcome to explore the estate yet please be aware that it is a working vineyard, there are animals that roam freely (chickens and our dog) and farm equipment sometimes in use. Other things to note Children need to be supervised if playing outside as there is a creek and farm equipment. There are internal stairs so may not be suitable for toddlers.
