Budget Fan Room in Station 3 nr White Beach (F2)

This room is a great choice for accommodation for active tourists who are always out and about - a safe and comfortable room is what you need, near the beach, restaurants, and accessible to the main action. We are beautifully located in the heart of Station 3 only a few minute's walks to the famous white beach. This is not a luxury resort, but an excellent location to stay away from the crowd near the beach with a calm and relaxed atmosphere. The space The room is located on the second-floor offer bamboo furnishings, island-inspired decorations and electric fans, en-suite bathrooms (no hot shower), and equipped with two beds designed for up to three guests. The rate includes daily free continental breakfast with an option for an upgrade for a minimal fee, served with coffee/tea. Perfect for backpackers and budget travelers. Guest access No shared space apart from the breakfast area with garden views - shared with all in-house guests. For long term guests (monthly), you may use our cooking facilities with basic equipment. During your stay I'm currently out of the Island, however, we do have a dedicated staff for the Villa who is very helpful and will assist you during your stay. Other things to note WiFi is decent most of the time suitable for browsing, sending emails. Daily breakfast is available from 7:30 AM–10:00 AM only. Only 3-minutes leisurely walk to Angol Beach, bars and restaurants. The closest grocery store is Boracay Mini Mart in station 3, budget mart on e-mall. 1.42 km to Bulabog Beach, 5.23 km Puka Shell Beach. There are eight fan rooms next to each other with a seating area outside of the room with garden views. The official check-in is 2 PM. Flexible check-in up to 10 PM, so please let us know if you arrive outside these hours, so we can arrange our staff to meet you. Free luggage storage for early arrivals and late departure flights and ferries. I encourage you to have repellent handy and flashlight or use your phone's flashlight for night time use. We have also friendly cats and dogs in the property. No PWD facility. Standard Sockets are 220v. IMPORTANT: Due to the damages we received of the recent Typhoon Ursula (Christmas 2019), there are small repairs within the vicinity from 8 AM-5 PM, we keep the noise at a minimal as much as possible.
