It has an anteroom, a bright main room with a double bed, a single sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. The anteroom has a washer/dryer, while the bathroom has a bathtub. The rooms, with attention to detail, combine vintage and industrial elements to create a warm and contemporary atmosphere. Available to guests: fiber optic Wi-Fi, 27" TV and independent heating for maximum comfort. Guest access The entire house and the objects you find inside are at your disposal. I ask you to treat it with the same respect and care that you would have for your own home! Other things to note 🔑 Self Check-in Self check-in mode is active, which allows you to access the property independently by retrieving the keys from a combination box. This allows you to arrive anytime after the scheduled time, with maximum freedom and flexibility. ⏰ Check-in and Check-out Check-in to use the accommodation 100% is available from 3:00 p.m. onwards, while check-out must be done by 11:00 a.m. Before 11:00 a.m., it will not be possible to access the apartment, even to leave your luggage.
