The space To make your vacation in the property special, there is a large swimming pool for exclusive use of the mini-residence with sun loungers on the right side and four-poster beds on the left side, a pine forest where there are two hammocks to relax or simply read a book, a very large barbecue area where you can cook outdoors, grill (two barbecues: gas and wood-burning, prepare cocktails or tasty aperitifs. In the mini-residence you can park your car internally, and we rent bikes for free to reach the most beautiful beaches of Salento. In fact, the property has four independent villas as follows: 1. Pool front has three large double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a large living room where you can relax on a huge sofa and be able to cook tasty dinners. 2. Pool view has a double bedroom, a bedroom with two beds (upon request), a bathroom and a kitchen with a single bed. Alsoa beautiful outdoor patio where you can dine outdoors. 3. The third villa has two double bedrooms (one of which if necessary single beds), a bathroom, a nice little room with a single bed used as a sofa, a brick kitchen with a warm orange color. 4. The Villetta Suite has two beautiful rooms. One double with a single bed and the other with two single beds and one bathroom Close to all four villas there is a huge patio where you can dine alfresco and enjoy a fleeting dip in the pool even during night hours. The property is located in Torre S. Giovanni and, more specifically, on S.P. 91. The distance from the most beautiful beaches of the area and Salento and the most famous equipped beaches (Lido Bora Bora, Lido Coco Loco, Lido Malibu, Lido Pineta and others) is just 700 m walkable in no more than 1 minute by car, or by bike, provided on loan for free use.
