Vacation home in Marina di Modica

This beautiful house is located 80 meters from the sea, in the popular location Punta Regilgione in Marina di Modica. There's something for everyone here. Relax at home and sunbathe by the sea, or take a nice boat trip with a picnic (in Italy you can drive a boat and rent up to 40 hp without a driver's license). Modica is also the oldest chocolate city in Europe. If you get to know Sicily, it will be one of your best experiences. The space 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, balcony, large veranda and yard with shower can be used. The living area is air conditioned.
