Shotover River and Vines, guest suite, Queenstown

Private space looking over vines on the riverbank of the Shotover river and views of Coronet Peak, and the Remarkables. King Bed, luxury bathroom, couch and tea and coffee facilities. Close to walkways and bike tracks. Most suited to couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Visit the tourist places then come back and relax. Close to Frankton and Queenstown Airport (7km, 13 minutes), Queenstown 12km and Arrowtown 15km. The space Private guest wing/studio as shown in photos, with luxury bathroom is a private end of our home. Come and go as you please with your own lockable space. Tea and coffee facilities provided in your room. Yoghurt and cereal are provided for breakfast, please let the host know if you would like more if staying for more than one day. Plates, cutlery and wines glasses available. Warm room in the winter. Outside seats on your own private decking in the summer. In the current environment (and always) we carry out a very thorough cleaning regime between guest stays ensuring a safe, tidy, clean and comfortable space. Use of BBQ available. Additional amenities available by prior arrangement with host i.e. airport pickup/drop off ($30 if available to do so), laundry (free for 3 night stays or more, otherwise $10 a load and $10 for dryer), bikes (ask the hosts if you would like to use the bikes, and helmets are required by law to wear in NZ). Guest access Guest access is by key through entranceway. Your space is lockable and secure. Tracks for walking and biking within walking distance. During your stay While we appreciate your private space, we are only too happy to provide you with any assistance you may require during your stay. Other things to note The studio is at one end of our home. You will have this entire space to yourselves (as seen in photos). It has a small lounge and bedroom area, and a full guest bathroom. It is a lockable space and you are free to come and go without any interaction with the host, if desired. TV has Netflix only at this stage (TV channels yet to be connected). Please note that the bath is a big one and if filled to the top, will limit other available hot water until it is able to be reheated. Thank you for your understanding. Please note that the appearance of the vineyard changes during the year. Leaves bud and come on the vines around Oct/Nov, nets are put over the vines in Late Feb/March/Beginning of April so that pests do not eat the grapes, and from May till Oct, the vines are bare of leaves as a result of the winter months.
