Studio “Erik” Opatija with sea view & free parking

My studio "Erik" is located in a family house, less than 100 m from the seaside promenade Lungomare, less than 5 minutes on foot to the nearest beach ••• To get to the seaside promenade you must use the stairs! Suitable for 2 adults, perfect for couples! ••• Enjoy your holiday in a very calm part of Opatija, on the border with Icici • Relax and enjoy long walks by the sea, enjoy jogging on the sea promenade • Free wi-fi on the property, parking and air condition, satelite TV • The space We have lots of outdoor space, studio is 33 m2 indoor, surrounded with fruit trees • One double bed for two adults, and one small sofa • Dining area inside and outside • Kitchen with stove and microwave, various coffee machines & water kettle, no oven, no dishwasher. Iron & hair dryer included • Bathroom with a shower and washer, but bring your own detergent and softener • Some cleaning products available during stay • Guest access Shared balcony space • You will have the studio for yourself, the host is using another studio on the same floor • Everything you find in the appartment is free for your use • Off limits is the upper floors of the house which are my parents' :-) • Other things to note We do not allow or have any pets, please respect this as no exclusions are possible (unless you bring a goldfish hehe) • Smoking is allowed outside only! • Restaurant and beach "Mali raj" is accross the road underneath the studio. A very good pizzeria "Venezia" is nearby on a walking distance! • Other restaurants are reachable by walking or with a car, we suggest not to miss restaurant "Ružmarin" while in Opatija, grocery store "Diskont Stanic" is about 400 m on foot, supermarkets "Spar" and "Tommy" 5 minutes with a car • If you wish to check in outside the set time range of 4-10 PM please inform me • Arrivals during night of the check-in date are charged extra • Located near the sea but the access is via stairs so be prepared for a free cardio :)
