This booking is for the entire property: upstairs (2 bdrm and 2 bath), downstairs (half bath/laundry), over 500 sqft private balcony and open lower patio and ONE ACRE OF LAND, the possibilities are endless!!! Parties are welcomed; however, please be mindful this is a family home and neighborhood so no rowdy or extra loud crowds. There is also a 3rd bedroom which is completely empty which can be used for a number of things. Any events/parties MUST be pre-approved!! The space Outdoors quite times on weekdays are from 8PM until 8AM and weekends from 11PM until 8AM. Indoor events have a maximum of 30 guest allowed, outdoor events have an maximum of 100 guest allowed. There is surveillance and an alarm system on the property for everyones protection. NO pets are allowed on the premises, indoors or out. Before check out please be sure to take all trash to the outdoor bin, if the trash overflows the bin please take it to curb. Please clean up behind yourself! Place all dirty towels in washing machine, place all dirty dishes in dishwasher and cut on.
