Bedroom upstairs, with double bed

House built about fifteen years ago, in the chic country style, large rooms. Located 50 km from Le Mans, Angers and Laval, close to the highway (about 10 km), in the countryside, 3 km from a small town (Sablé-sur-Sarthe) and all shops. Possibility to rent the mezzanine (1 single bed and 1 double bed), as well as a bedroom with double bed on the ground floor (see my other listings). The space Large bedroom, with access through a small private living room on the mezzanine. Private bathroom as well. Possibility to reheat meals on site (in the owners' common kitchen, upon request). But this must remain exceptional!!! There are many restaurants of all kinds in Sablé sur Sarthe, a nearby town. Guest access Access to landscaped garden possible. Possibility to have breakfast on the terrace (depending on the weather and season of course) (not included in the rental, price on request). The ground floor is our private home, but we are happy to share our living room to chat... Other things to note Please DO NOT EAT in the room: our kitchen and even our living room is available for this! Just ask. But this must remain exceptional: there are many dining options in Sablé, a nearby town.
