Spacious newly refurbished flat, ideally located to enjoy the best of Holmfirth and the surrounding Summer Wine countryside. All you need for a comfortable self-catered stay, 5 minutes from the centre of bustling Holmfirth. Wonderful walks & more challenging hikes from the doorstep. Keen cyclists will appreciate amazing rides, on the route of the Tour de Yorkshire. If a quieter day is preferred, potter around the boutiques, galleries & shops, or enjoy a board game, or box set on the Smart TV. The space Sunnybank High View is the upper part of a converted coach house in the grounds of our Victorian doctors house. There is plenty of off-road parking in a private guest car park. The flat offers a completely private space, with far reaching views and a full sized kitchen, with stove and four ring gas hob, larder fridge and freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, Nespresso machine as well as a washing machine. There is a circular dining table which could double as a work station, a comfortable corner sofa, selection of books and table games and a large TV so you can catch up on your favourite shows or enjoy a movie. The bathroom has a bath and a new above bath shower, and plenty of big fluffy towels. There is a good sized wardrobe and a lobby area for coats and muddy boots. We can also provide access to a drying room and secure bike storage on request. We recommend the flat for 2 - 4 guests, as there is one bedroom with a comfortable double bed - but it's also a fun space for a family or friends as there is a double sofa bed in the sitting room. We can provide a single pop up bed if you're in a group of 5. Please let us know what additional beds, linens etc you will require at the time of booking. For longer stays we will provide a change of linen and fresh towels after 3 nights. Beautifully presented, fresh and bright our self-catering accommodation can be joined up with 2 other units – so we can offer a break for 1 – 10 people – with three front doors / kitchens and shower rooms.
