In July and August (14 nights minimum) The space As a couple, with family or friends, you will be welcomed in a small Anglo-Norman villa on one level from the 1930s (55 m²) completely renovated, to make it a relaxing place where I want you to feel at home. This charming house (classified as furnished tourist accommodation 3 *** by a body approved by the Ministry of Tourism) has been completely redesigned for your hospitality and comfort (opening April 2016). It consists of a living room accommodating the living room, the dining area and an open plan fitted and equipped kitchen directly overlooking the garden, two bedrooms, a shower room with separate toilet and an entrance distributing the different rooms. Facing south, the courtyard in front of the house offers warm moments of relaxation to the garden furniture. At the back of the house, with access through the kitchen area, you have a small garden fully enclosed and wooded. I carefully prepare your arrival (beds made, all linens are provided, basic necessities are at your disposal) and I arrange the second bedroom for a personalized welcome for your children (crib for infants 0 - 6 months, umbrella bed up to 3 years old or single bed with or without a safety barrier according to your wishes) or to accommodate another couple. The villa offers quality services (all-inclusive formula). “Check-in & check-out” formulas and times: - year-round, weekly rental (7 nights minimum with check-in from 4pm and check-out at 10am) - during the school holidays in all areas (7 nights minimum), rental from Saturday to Saturday with a check-in from 4 p.m. and a check-out at 10 a.m., the rental is done by 2 weeks during the months of July and August To make the most of your stay: - armchairs and coffee table for the courtyard - garden table and chairs, Weber BBQ with charcoal, umbrella, sunbathing, coffee table, small Smoby slide (from 2 years old), small Smoby cabin (installed from April to the end of October), wooden bowling, tennis rackets with foam ball for the garden and some toys, a small tent and an umbrella for the beach (on the other hand, beach towels are not provided) - Linens, towels and bed linen provided (changed mid-stay for a two-week rental) - beds prepared on arrival - basic necessities (pepper, table and cooking salt, mustard, oil, vinegar, sugar, coffee, tea, a few coffee capsules, flour, jam, pasta, yeast, vanilla sugar...) - equipment for the kitchen area: induction hob, range hood, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment (18 liters), toaster, filter coffee machines and Nespresso, kettle, teapot, food scale, electric beater, plunge blender, electric juicer, dishes and cooking utensils - 6 months), 2 umbrella beds with extra mattresses, 1 scalable bed (80 x 130) with safety gate, Natalys sunbed (0 - 6 months), high chair with tablet, 2 junior chairs, bathtub, bath seat (0 - 8 months), bath thermometer, hooded bath outlet, folding changing table with storage bins and trash can, changing mat or a changing plan up to 15 kg that adapts to one of the umbrella beds, toilet reducer, plastic dishes, blender/babycook to prepare meals, bottle cap, awning mat, toys and books including first age) - umbrellas - no cleaning fee charged at the end of the stay, in return vacationers must take care of the house during and at the end of their stay, so before leaving the premises, the house must be put away, the dishes clean and put away in the cabinets, the vacuum cleaner passed, the oven and the hob cleaned and all the garbage emptied (kitchen, shower room and toilet) For your comfort and leisure: - tourist documentation Characteristics of the house (completion of renovation work in March 2016 and since then we regularly refresh paint to ensure good condition): - VMC in the whole house - Smoke detector, fire extinguisher powder and fire blanket - electric radiating panels - electrical installation to current standards - Fully insulated house Other: - Free street parking of your vehicle in front of the house (residential area) - MobiSDEC charging stations for your electric vehicles located 650 meters from the house (94 avenue du Maréchal Foch), be careful the electrical installation of the house does not allow charging of vehicles - pets are not allowed as indicated in the criteria of my listing, therefore please do not formulate a reservation (it will be automatically rejected) - COVID-19 INFO: Regarding the precautions to be taken during this period of coronavirus that remains current, please know that Villa La Marnaise is not my main dwelling and that I do my best to preserve your safety and limit the risk of infection. • So cleaning will be done, as usual, with the utmost attention and the most frequently touched surfaces will be disinfected before your arrival (light switches, door and window handles, remotes, faucets, keys, flat surfaces, chairs, appliances ...). • Regarding the books, tourist documentation and board games made available again in the house, I leave you the responsibility to properly disinfect your hands before use because it is difficult to carry out their total disinfection between two stays. • I will provide you with hydroalcoholic gel and additional disinfectant household products. • Regarding the linen provided, it is of course changed between each stay, including the underpads and mattress pads, and washed at 60° and dried in the dryer. • I will always check in Guest access Private access to the ground floor of the villa, courtyard and garden. Part of the garage is also provided to store bicycles in the evening and to store your own equipment (stroller, scooter, bicycles...). The floor is not occupied and is not open for rent. It is independent of the house, its access by an external staircase is closed by a barrier to protect children. For the duration of your stay, there will be no one upstairs, your peace of mind is assured. Other things to note - The house, which has a small area of 55 m², is equipped to accommodate only 4 GUESTS including the baby who is a guest in their own right because of the large number of amenities provided. Please do not make your request as I will not be able to respond favorably in terms of comfort and insurance, and invite you to book another larger listing to accommodate you. - The rate applied corresponds to a level of services and amenities requested for a "3-star furnished tourist accommodation" for which Villa la Marnaise has obtained the classification by an organization approved by the Ministry of Tourism (the number of stars is based on a visit to the house and a thorough inspection of the amenities). Thank you in advance for taking into account that in the price of the night, linen, cleaning, bike loan, charges... are included and that I do not charge extra fees unlike other rentals (except Airbnb fees and tourist tax which are beyond my control!).
