The amenities such as the basketball court, badminton court, a gym, and several swimming pools may be enjoyed by our guest with an extra fee (P150/person/day/activity) that will be settled at the admin office:revision swimming pools are restricted to be use during holidays saturday & sunday it is exclusive for use for unit owners & tenants only Other things to note 30 days and above stay of guest can enjoy the amenities for free.below 15 days or short stay amenities can be use with a fee during weekdays only . Expected time of arrival at grass residences tower 2 is important for us to make the necessary arrangement for someone to meet our guest for the key and also id preferably passport is a must to be send ahead of time for easy access to the condo.
