Woodruff Cottage with private hot tub

Nestled on the west of Exmoor National Park, Home Place Farm Cottages is set in 4 acres of private grounds with its own lake for guests to enjoy. We have 4 cottages here, two of which have their own ‘exclusive use’ Jacuzzi hot tubs. The space Woodruff is one of a group of five converted barns set in 4 acres of private grounds which includes a beautiful lake. We are situated on the edge of a small village with a renowned pub serving great food just a 5 minute walk away. There’s a Jacuzzi for your exclusive use. However the separate Farmhouse Spa with swimjets, waterfall and a steam room is available for an extra fee for guests to book. The accommodation is all on ground floor level. The bedroom has a king size bed with wall mounted TV, and en-suite shower room. The sitting room has 2 armchairs and a woodburner and you’ll find some books and games to enjoy. The kitchen is well equipped and has a small table and chairs. There’s also a picnic table in the private garden just outside.
