Studio at Cairnsmore is a 40m2 apartment that offers stunning lake and mountain views. It is located next to The Cairns golf course and is a 10 minute walk to the village. The Studio has contemporary decor, including a private bathroom, kitchenette (microwave - no cooktop) dressing room and sun drenched courtyard with your own barbecue area. It offers a central, secure base from which you can explore the beautiful Lake Tekapo area and surrounding region. We know you won't be disappointed! The space The apartment is brand new having been purpose-built in 2017. It is more spacious than many similar studio apartments, and has high quality furnishings and bedding. The studio is warm and very sunny with excellent heating. It does not have its own washer or drier but it may be possible to access the building laundry at a mutually convenient time. Guest access Although attached to the house, the apartment is private with its own entrance. In summer, you will have your own outdoor barbecue, which is in a private, sheltered courtyard complete with outdoor furniture. Other things to note Our 12 year old Labrador cross dog, Lucy has a loud bark but is very friendly. She will not be in your area. Your studio has sufficient milk and cereal for your first breakfast. You cannot cook - there is no cooktop. But there is a microwave and an outside barbecue There is a laundry but it is not in your accomodation. It may be available on request at a mutually convenient time.
