Exclusive country house with possibility of boat

Our newly renovated house of95 m2 + 30m2 (2019), parts of it originated from 1788, has a fantastic finish and are situated with a very large garden, 10.000 m2, and approx 300 meters from the lake Sommen (probably one of the most beautiful and clean lakes in Sweden) where swimming and fishing is a must. At the lake there is a nice small boat for rowing and alo a small enginge for longer trips on - this house is the true Swedish dream where charm, comfort and privacy can be achieved all at once The space The house is wintered with both heating and AC. Highly modern kitchen with oven, induction hob and dishwasher. Full size fridge and freezer. The house has two bathrooms with showers and one washing machine. Two bedrooms with 2 beds in each room of which one is a double bed kingsize. The house also has an attic with two single beds where the best view in Torpa can be enjoyed. Two smaller kids beds are also available (one cot and one for age 3-8) The house has 5-6 bikes (adult and kids) that are free to use. In the garden is a separate house that holds another 4-5 beds, simple kitchen and toilet. This house can be added to your rent on request and against a separate fee Torpa is a village originated from the 1200 century and many houses in the village are with a national romantic architecture. Torpa is situated only 15 km south from Tranås - a wonderful city with more than everything that you need all located on the main shopping street. 60 km drive is Vimmerby and Astrid Lindgrens world and Bullerbyn. The lake Sommen is a clear water lake and very fresh and clean – some inhabitants even take their drinking water straight from the lake. The lake has many types of fish and for a small sum you can have a fishing permit and catch as much as you like. Only 3 km away (in Ramfall) is a small petrol station holing the necessary and only 8 km away (in Asby) is convenience shop open to 23 with self service. In Asby there is also a ski slope with 2 pists open when weather conditions allow from new years until eastern - here all our kids have learnt how to ski. During summertime there are several restaurants, some even open full year around, serving good food in an amazing surrounding. Guest access Main house in full. Teh house is fully furnished with kitchen equipment and all that is needed to live a complete life here so some of the cupboards and wardrobes will be shared with our own clothes etc. Other things to note A boat at the lake is available for an extra fee and can be used for excursions and fishing
