The space THE BUILDING: I would like to point out that the apartment is in an old building entirely occupied by retirees who are very sensitive to compliance with the house rules (noise, use of the elevator, etc.)! I prefer to emphasize this point in order to ensure a pleasant stay for all. NIGHT SIDE: 4 double beds in 4 independent bedrooms. The mezzanine level bedroom is closed by a curtain. LIVING ROOM: Flat screen TV with box and wifi. The large living room with fireplace has a seating area with 2 sofas and a dining area with a table that can accommodate 8 people. The kitchenette, equipped and furnished with all the necessities: 2 coffee machines: TASSIMO (pods), filter coffee machine (ground coffee), kettle, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, washing machine, etc. BATHROOMS: 2 shower rooms and 3 toilets in the apartment facilitate the management of large families Upstairs, a small bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. Guest access Partially air-conditioned accommodation located on the 3rd and top floor WITH elevator of an old building. Located in a pedestrian area, it is not possible to park at the bottom of the building. Parking on nearby streets but prefer the underground parking of Les Halles 50 m away with the possibility of a package: e.g. 3 days (€22).
