The villa is near Quinta do Lago, Almancil, and Loulé. The beach resorts of Vale de Lobo and Quinta do Lago are about a 10-minute drive, making this villa a great base for a larger group or family who want plenty of choice of activities and spacious property. FarmHouse Quinta da Ilda has 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, all of them with rustic decor, typical flooring from the time of its construction and some recovered antique furniture mixed with new but tasteful pieces. One of the rooms has a double bed and decor in pastel and beige tones, very cozy. A second bedroom has 2 single beds, which can be joined to form 1 double bed, the third bedroom has 1 double bed with warm tones. These 3 bedrooms share a bathroom with a bathtub. On the ground floor is the open space kitchen for the dining room, which in turn will give a few stairs that will lead to the large living room with large windows that will give access to the pool, in the living room we have a service bathroom with shower. Then we have on the 1st floor, 2 more bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and the other bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom between the two bedrooms. Then we have on the other side of the house another 1st floor and there we have an open bedroom with a single bed, where you can also put another single bed, we have another bathroom and another bedroom with two single beds that can be joined. We have a laundry room with access to the street. The living room has sliding windows with access to the terrace with sun loungers, in addition to moments of rest and privacy, with a view of the pool and garden. The kitchen is fully equipped, maintaining the traditional Algarve style, where meals were once prepared, and the stone sink, which transports us to the old rural and genuine Algarve. From the kitchen you can access the dining room, where there is a large table and 8 chairs that invite you to have meals with the family. It is naturally illuminated by the French window that leads to the patio and access to the BBQ. The large main living room, decorated in warm tones, has a TV with satellite channels and internet access is via Wi-Fi throughout the house. Large sliding windows give the room a lot of light, as well as views and access to the garden and pool. The garden surrounding the house is very large and has several different areas, offering a wonderful family vacation. Here you will find several species of palm trees, some garden benches and swings where the little ones can have fun and play, as well as other fruit trees, very common in the Algarve. The beautiful lawn, in front of the house and next to the pool, has soccer nets, and allows the practice of a wide variety of games for everyone. The large swimming pool, 11 meters long, 5 meters wide and with a depth between 2m and 1.10 meters, allows for good swimming and diving, so you can relax on the sun loungers and enjoy sunbathing in the Algarve sun. Another shaded entertainment area is located next to the house and has a foosball table, and then in another corner of the garden there is another patio with a ping-pong table.
