Recently renovated, our 70m2 duplex apartment in the Schuss building is well-equipped and spacious, designed with everything you will need for a great stay in Tignes. The apartment can be setup as either two or three bedrooms for maximum flexibility. The apartment is 200m to the shops + restaurants, and 350m to the pistes, with views over the lake and the mountains. From Val Claret you can access Val d'Isere, the glacier and Tignes Le Lac. Price includes linen and beds made for your arrival. The space The duplex apartment is on the third and fourth floor of the Schuss building with access by a lift. It comfortably welcomes 4-6 people. It has been fully renovated in a warm, alpine, modern style. Downstairs: The double bedroom has a 160 x 200cm double bed, a balcony, lake view and an ensuite shower room. The twin bedroom has two 80 x 200cm beds (or one 160 x 200cm double). The bathroom has a sink and bathtub with an overhead shower. The toilet is separate. Upstairs: The third bedroom has a very comfortable 140 x 190cm sofa bed and is separated from the lounge by a sliding, wooden door. The rest of the second floor is open plan, including a lounge area with balcony and the kitchen. The kitchen is fully-equipped with 4 induction hobs, a full-size fridge and freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, cafetiere and cordless vacuum cleaner. The living area has books, board games, a smart TV with Apple TV, UK TV (Freesat) and French TV and a Sonos speaker. Fibre WIFI is available throughout the apartment. There is a spiral staircase linking the two floors. The apartment is in a well-kept, quiet and secure residence, 200m to the shops and restaurants, and 350m to the pistes with lifts towards Val d'Isère, Le Lac and the Grande Motte. It is possible to ski back to within 150m of the apartment for advanced skiers off piste. There is a large pick-up/drop-off area outside the building for those arriving by car or taxi. The bus station is approximately 200m from our building for those arriving by public bus or shared transfer. For summer guests, we are an approved accommodation provider, offering 40% off the My Tignes Card for activities including pedestrian and mountain bike lift access. Guest access You will have access to the whole apartment for yourself. You will also have access to private ski and boot lockers on the ground floor of the building. Other things to note Bed linen and towels are included. Local tourist tax is also included. We apply a cleaning fee of 100€ to ensure the apartment is sparkling clean on your arrival. A mid-stay clean is also available on request.
