Perfect for adventurers, biz travellers, academic peers, ppl relocating to Madrid, or international students. Your peaceful & cozy hub in a very genuine, safe & centric yet airy location with a magnificent park around the corner plus bars, restaurants, clubs & all-you-may-need stores. Plus a terrific host and her brother x) The space This is a private residential home in a dear hood in central Madrid. The apt is on the 3rd floor with an elevator. The bedroom sits apart from the other bdrs in the apt which makes it feel more independent. It comes with a real bed (90X190cm), closet, desk and super high speed & reliable WiFi and its window faces a very quiet yet bright private patio. You will enjoy a full bathroom –with a small bathtub, bidet, toilet and sink– The kitchen is fully equipped [dishwasher inc!], its window facing also the same private and quiet patio. All hardwood floors through, high ceilings and a relaxed vibe. During your stay I will also be willing to work things around to make your stay the bestest experience ;) Other things to note The private full bathroom comes with a bathtub, bidet, toilet and sink, and only in the case I rent out the other bedroom I have available in the same apartment on the same dates, you'll share it with that one guest. On this occasion, I will personally check that everything goes great hygienic- speaking. Essentials [shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, and toilet paper] are also provided.
