The room interior is very cozy and presentable. Guest will have a table and chairs at which you can fully eat, a desk, a small kitchen right in the room, TV, split system. Guests also have a balcony overlooking the yard. The room has its own bathroom and shower cabin. There is a private courtyard where you can sit for a cup of coffee. For any question, the guest can contact the staff who are always in the building! The space 10 minutes walk from theotral square where Fan Zone is located. Rostov-Arena is 4 km from our house. Our guests like the location of the house, as we are in the historical center of Rostov-on-Don. Guests also love that at any time they can address a question to the staff who are in the house. Other things to note Smoking in rooms is prohibited. If one of the guests wants to smoke, you can do it in our yard. You will be offered an ashtray, table and chair for smoking.
