Beautiful Victorian town house in the heart of Brighton, with a lovely modern ensuit attic conversion to rent within the property. 1 minute walk from London road train station and surrounded by various regular bus routes through the city. 10 min walk to the North Laine bohemian district. 10 min bus journey to the South Downs. 2 min walk to the famous Duke Of York Cinema and various restaurants & bars.. The space The space is a beautiful newly converted large attic room with shower room, toilet, a king size bed and a 2 seater sofa that turns into a bed, plus travel cot if required. There is a large TV with netflix, kettle, tea, coffee, bottled water and towels provided. Happy to have family to stay as this is a family friendly house.
