An old 1970s house of 100 m2 on the 1st floor with a basement 6 km from Albi, 1 km from the Toulouse-Albi highway, on a plot of 1425 m2 of shaded garden with swimming pool, in a subdivision in the countryside. You can park easily in front of the house. It is in the countryside: the accommodation is quiet. Ideal house with children and animals: enclosed balcony, enclosed land with large garden and secure pool. Balcony with terrace and sunbathing, table and 4 chairs. The space The bedroom overlooks the east side garden. One bed is 140 cm and the bunk bed is 90 cm. A wardrobe, shelves, desk and three chairs are available in the room as well as a kettle, microwave and breakfast cutlery on request. Wi-Fi available in the house. Guest access Free access to shared bathroom, toilet, refrigerator and freezer. The pool from April to October is out of sight. Other things to note Sheets, towels, duvets, pillows and bolsters are available. No smoking. Pets considered. No parties or events out of respect for the neighbors. Check-in from 5pm.
