Home in Paso Robles

This vintage farmhouse is conveniently located within walking distance to downtown and the new Paso Market Walk. You'll have access to the parks, tasting rooms, restaurants, bars, and boutiques. The house is equipped with high-speed internet and wifi, a massive fenced backyard for privacy where you can play games, BBQ, or simply relax. This house is all about location, as you're in the middle of wine country. Disclaimer: Second bedroom is not fully private, entry is through the first bedroom. The space The house was built in 1941 and still has its original charm. Keep in mind, the spaces are small but functional. There are 2 window AC units, one in the first bedroom and another in the living room, they will cool the entire house. Heating (only needed November - February) is provided by 2 portable electric fireplaces. You'll need to keep the door between the two bedrooms open for heating and cooling. We are dog friendly, but dogs must be approved in advance with a 2 dog maximum (no other pets). There will be a $50 fee per dog. Due to the size of the house, we can only accept small dogs (under 25 lbs). Dogs are NOT permitted on the beds or furniture. Failure to comply to any pet rules will result in an additional $100 per dog. Guest access There is a single car driveway that can be used and plenty of street parking. Other things to note There is no central air conditioning or heat, however, there are 2 wall A/C units and multiple portable heaters which sufficiantly regulate the temperature.
