Villa by the Sea Porto Santo Stefano

Located on a side of the Pianone hill, the villa overlooks the sea and the tongues of land of the promontory. Its location, 5 minutes walk from the sea and 10 minutes drive from the town of Porto Santo Stefano, allows at the same time to enjoy the tranquility of the area without sacrificing any service. The villa is the master section of a large property on several terraces and has a parking lot (2 cars) with private entrance to the house. The space The outdoor space (about 300m2) is formed by a large garden (with barbecue and outdoor shower with hot water) and a pergola with sea view. Three double bedrooms, two of them with en-suite bathroom (for a total of three bathrooms in the house). All three have a French window that provides a direct connection with the garden. One of the bedrooms is equipped with air conditioning, while two others have a ceiling fan. Two additional sleeping places are available but not listed on the page, allowing accommodation for up to 8 guests in total. These consist of a bunk bed located in a utility room. Guest access Useful information: - The parking lot is the only space shared with the other two cores of the complex, from there a private entrance leads directly to the manor house. - The guaranteed parking spaces in the parking lot are 2, no more. Other cars can be parked along the road, outside the property. - From the parking lot to the house there are about 20 steps with handrails. - Air conditioning is only present in one bedroom, the rest of the house does not have it. However, large glass doors and windows provide ventilation in the house, allowing constant cooling of the rooms. - The service room has a bunk bed (2 beds). Initially it was a proper bedroom, with a large walk-in closet. This wardrobe was later partially converted into a kitchen closet for various tools. The room itself, however, has remained the same. - Pets are welcome but not allowed inside the house. - Languages spoken: English, French and Italian. Other things to note It is possible to charge electric vehicles using an extension cable connected to a standard household power outlet. The dedicated work space is the living room table.
