The space A bright and warm double bedroom, with a very comfortable bed. TV with Roku box for catch up television programmes. On arrival we will greet you and will be happy to show you around. If you wish to book in before 6.00pm but no earlier than 3.0pm, a key is held in an external key safe which will gain you access to the property. Please let us know 24 hours before arrival if you want earlier access. Guest access You will have full access of the kitchen,, dining room and bathroom. You are welcome to sit in our gardens or summer house During your stay We are a very friendly and will be on hand to offer you any information you may need before and during your visit. We can offer you recommendations for local restaurants and places of interest. Please note we both work so in the week booking in would be after 6.00pm and booking out 10.00am. If you wish to arrive earlier from 3.00pm onwards we can give you a code to access the key safe, please let us know 24 hours before your arrival. Weekend s arrival time would be at our discretion if you wish to arrive earlier depending on our plans for the weekend but booking out would be no later than 10.00am!
