Cosy rural cottage, great views, 3 mins to Cooma.

Guest cottage on a property just 3 min from Cooma which has great views of the mountains and of the town. There are 2 br, entrance area, living-dining area with wood fireplace, a small kitchen and bathroom. Main bedroom has QB, and 2nd, a QB + SB. Good stopover point on the way to the Mountains or a base for walking or biking on the property or in the district. Kitchen has microwave, fridge, electric frypan, toaster, sandwich maker, rice cooker, and there is a private deck area with BBQ. The space There are a number of walks on the property that can be accessed from the cottage and we have chickens and sheep as well as kangaroos and wombats and the occasional echidna. It is a 40 min drive to Jindabyne and a further 30 min to the ski areas. The property is a 1 hr drive from Canberra and about 1.5 hours to the coast. Guest access Guests can access the private cottage deck and BBQ area and the many walking tracks on the property. Other things to note Bed linen, blankets, doonas, pillows, towels etc are provided. I will send final details with detailed instructions about how to get to the Cottage. It is only 5 mins from Cooma . The GPS takes you to our back gate and you will miss the first turn in if you follow it only. The road into the property from the main road is a dirt road for 300 metres. If there is a gate closed, (as we may be doing sheep work) when a guest enters it should be closed after passing through. it may be possible to request dates that have been blocked on the calendar.
