We live here half the year and invite guests to enjoy it when we’re away, in the hope that you’ll feel the magic of this place and treat it with the same care we do. The main house offers breathtaking ocean views from every room, with large windows in the bedrooms and sliding glass doors in the living area. Newly installed electric roller blinds in the main living area provide privacy and shade when needed. The lounge features a 65" 4K TV with VAST cable for ultimate relaxation after a day of beach activities. The main bathroom is generously sized and comes with convenient laundry facilities for longer stays. The detached guest suite offers privacy with a separate entrance, a comfortable queen-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a 32" TV with a DVD player — perfect for couples, teens, or in-laws. All linens and towels are provided. Reverse-cycle air conditioning ensures you're comfortable year-round, keeping you cool in the summer and cozy in winter. The back patio is a prime spot for enjoying the afternoon sun and comes equipped with outdoor dining for 6 and a stainless steel gas BBQ. It’s the perfect place to relax after a beach day. There’s also a hot/cold outdoor rain shower, ideal for rinsing off after a swim. Wifi available throughout. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck, where you can experience spectacular sunrises. If you’re a nature lover, you’ll feel right at home — dolphins, whales, and colorful rainbow lorikeets, king parrots, and crimson rosellas are frequent visitors. Step outside and you’re just 2 minutes from Eurobodalla National Park, where you can explore the trails to Pooles Beach and 1080 Beach. At low tide, take a scenic walk along the shoreline back to Mystery Bay Beach and watch seals play in the surf.
