The space Whether your ‎family consists of young children, grown up children or no kids at all, this stunning rustic log cabin ‎which collides with modern architecture, has it all. Enjoy skiing in winter, only 25 minutes drive away, or the endless activities that the region and Play Shack has to ‎offer during the rest of the year. The back door step leads directly to the Delatite River and wonderful outdoor scenery of the ‎Victorian High Country. Trout jump out of the water to tease you, daily visits from kangaroos, birds ‎and the occasional deer make the stay even more exciting. A wonderful location for professional and ‎amateur photographers, nature lovers and anyone who just desires something very special.‎ The main accommodation comfortably caters for 3 families with 3 master king bedrooms, a ‎bunkroom for all the kids, and plenty of living and dining areas - all with beautifully designed interiors. ‎Plus, there's an abundance of play equipment, both inside and outside. ‎ If you wish to have over 12 guests, there are 3 pull out beds you can use. If you wish to use these beds please let us know. This accommodation is located on a 1 acre land and there is a second 2 bedroom property on the same land and may be also booked during your stay to others, however NO amenities are shared. Two distinct wings of the house provide peace and quiet: on the ‎ground floor there are beautiful vistas of the river and hills, while upstairs caters for fun and games ‎for kids and adults in a spectacular games room with floor to ceiling windows and a rumpus area full ‎of play equipment. Who can resist such classics as pool, ping pong, air hockey, foosball table and ‎the classic Pacman arcade games console table. Our cupboards are full of games, books, toys, ‎DVDs, and drawing items. ‎ Outside there is so much space and privacy for the entire family. Adults can enjoy a quiet rest or ‎drink by the river while the kids use the play equipment such as the trampoline, swing set and bikes, ‎followed by a play in the river. ‎ Please enjoy scrolling through our photos, all taken from the grounds of the property or received ‎from our appreciative guests except snow scenes. We are often asked, "Is it really as good as the ‎pictures?" We are sorry to say it's not - it is even BETTER. Our guests tell us "it was beyond our ‎expectations."‎ As family orientated accommodation, Play Shack®2 will provide the ideal setting for many small and ‎intimate special memories and occasions, which can be made even more special by using our highly ‎recommended chef to come to the property to either deliver or prepare and serve gourmet meals for ‎all tastes. On various occasions we are able to offer you a single night stay, but this is dependent on the date you select and how many guests you have. If we are able to accommodate your request, before confirming a booking, we will advise you of a surcharge of $350 added to the tariff via Airbnb. Guest access Entry Codes Other things to note This accommodation is situated on a 1-acre riverfront land, which also includes a second 2-bedroom accommmodation. While it is possible that the second property may be booked by other guests during your stay, please rest assured that no amenities are shared between the two properties. In most instances, the second accommodation is unoccupied, but we cannot guarantee this.
