Looking forward to hosting you soon :) Nathalie The space 100 m from the beautiful seaside shaded by casuarinas where it is pleasant to walk, the spacious villa (230 m²) with swimming pool, fully equipped is ideal for 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 or 7 people. The sheltered veranda (42 m²) with garden furniture, dining area and swing allows you to enjoy the ideal climate all year round and promises you very pleasant moments of relaxation. The pool (5.40 m/3.10 m; 1 to 1.65 m deep) is ideal for sunbathing, water aerobics, swimming, relaxation, and cooling off. The swimming belt, swing, hammock swing, piano are at your disposal as are the many albums, novels, comics, DVDs and board games. The villa is located in a residential cul-de-sac of 15 single-family homes without vehicle passage. Calm, comfort and happiness are guaranteed :-) Right next to the house, you will find many dining options, a medical center, a pharmacy, the post office, the church and the library. From the villa, on foot or by mountain bike, the coastal path allows, on one side, to reach the Parc du Colosse and its body of water (skate park, maze, children's games, health course...) and on the other to access the Rivière du Mât where it is very pleasant to swim and picnic. Saint-André is conveniently located for visiting the vanilla plantations, the red wood sugar cane factory and its rum distillery and the Tamil temples. Nearby, by car, many pools, waterfalls and rivers allow swimming, water hiking, kayaking and canyoning. Access to the Cirque de Mafate is from the Cirque de Salazie located at the gates of St-André. You will access the Volcano, jewel of Reunion, by the Plaines route. Plaine des Palmistes: 30 min, Plaine des Cafres: 1 hour and Pas de Bellecombe (volcano): 1.5 hours with breathtaking scenery all along the way. The wild East, its authenticity, lush vegetation and view of the lava flows starts from Saint-Anne (20 minutes from Saint-André) The forests of Bébourg and Bélouve are 1 hour drive on average, the airport 20 min, St Denis and its superb Creole houses on Rue de Paris 25 min, Saint-Paul and its mythical market 45 min and the beaches 55 min.
