CASA AGUA consists of an open space with high ceilings, loft type with wooden mezzanine and double bed (150x200) and trundle bed below with two beds (80x200), it can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Separate kitchen and bathroom. It has a fireplace, porch with a built-in bench and a table for eating outside. It is located on a 1,500 m2 plot, where it shares with two other houses landscaped common areas and a beautiful salt pool. NO pets. The space CASA AGUA is a comfortable loft, a space that harmoniously combines aesthetics with functionality and practicality. It has high ceilings, a wooden loft with a 150x200cm mattress and downstairs a sofa-bed-nest with two single beds (80x200cm), a living room area with another sofa, dining table and fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, oven, and small dishwasher. On the terrace there is a work bench and a table for dining outside. It has a large built-in closet, a shelf and extra storage drawers. There are mosquito nets and a portable fan for the summer. The thermal insulation is of high quality and the fireplace turns the house into a wonderful refuge for the winter (we also have an oil radiator in case you do not want to use the fireplace). CASAS LOS ELEMENTOS is a complex of 3 houses that share common areas: a garden area and a beautiful salt pool with a beach-like area, ideal to enjoy as a family. The pool is open approximately from May to September. Guest access CASAS LOS ELEMENTOS are located within a private development, close to Mangueta beach, one of the best beaches, and the wildest, in the province of Cádiz. The development has a private road and therefore there is free parking in front of the house. Although the house is only 500m from the shore (the sound of the waves and the birdsong are part of the charm of the surroundings), the access road to the beach is a detour, about 1.5km. CASA AGUA is in a family and quiet environment but a few kilometers from popular destinations such as El Palmar, Caños de Meca or Conil de la Frontera. The environment, garden flowering, pool coloring and maintenance in general are variable depending on the time of year and the eventualities of the Cadiz climate (such as the famous Levante wind). In general, common areas require frequent maintenance, especially in summer. Other things to note CASAS LOS ELEMENTOS is located in the last populated area of Zahora, bordering large areas of countryside overlooking the sea. The last kilometer of access is by a dirt lane where potholes sometimes form. You can breathe the sea breeze and depending on the wind you can hear the waves of the sea. Various species of birds coexist in this natural environment, and it is common to come across chameleons, litters of rabbits, hedgehogs... Keep in mind that depending on the season and the weather there may be ants or other insects. We have mosquito nets on almost all windows and offer insecticide for this possible eventuality.
