It is an ancient building dating back to the end of the 1800s, completely renovated in all its parts, respecting the structure of the period, just completed. The bedroom, with exposed beams, is very charming, has a balcony that allows a spectacular view of the plain on one side and the hills on the other. In the living room, the period wood-burning fireplace has been preserved and in the adjacent woodshed, you will find firewood. The space The bathroom is on the upper floor, large and complete with a comfortable bathtub. The garage is available, in which the original exposed stone walls have been maintained and from which you can reach the laundry room. The courtyard is paved in porphyry and from there starts a stone staircase that goes into the vineyard and a path that leads to the pool. Guest access The entrance is very easy, directly from the courtyard of the Borgo. Once inside, you go up to the upper floor with a large antique wooden staircase and you arrive at the first bedroom (“the barn”) in the mezzanine. On the first floor, there is a large living room, a large balcony, and a bathroom. On the ground floor, there is the laundry room and garage, with an antique staircase that leads to the old cellar. The second bedroom (“the stable”) has separate access in full respect of the ancient construction of the village.
