The space Living and Entertainment: Our home, designed with a passion for entertaining and a zest for travel, offers you a minimalist, no-fuss retreat. The open-plan design, high ceilings, and light-filled spaces set the stage for unforgettable moments. Enjoy: - Off-street private parking driveway. - A natural color palette and clean lines for a soothing ambiance. - Practical amenities with Tasmanian oak and tile flooring. - WiFi, generously-equipped kitchen, professionally laundered towels and linens. - A choice of WeberQ gas-bottle BBQ or Kamado Joe ceramic BBQ. - A shaded balcony, traditional wood-framed reclining beach loungers. Bedrooms and Comfort: On the ground floor, find serenity in one of two bedrooms with king-size beds and one with two single beds, each featuring: - Ceiling-mounted controllable rotating fans. - Window screens to welcome the sea breeze, complemented by electric radiators for cooler nights. - Double wardrobes, bedside table and lamp. - Space for a travel portacot (available upon prior request), additional sleeping bags (not supplied) or two canvas camping swags (avaialble upon prior request, BYO linen). - The rest of the ground floor is dedicated to a shower room (with a fixed shower head), WC bathroom and launderette with washing machine, clothes dryer and bench-top sink. PLEASE NOTE RE. TODDLERS / GUESTS WITH MOBILITY NEEDS The 17-step stairs has a steep incline with a single wall handrail and no safety gates installed on either the ground floor or first floor access points. Dining and Socializing: The first floor is a haven for social gatherings, with panoramic views and a spacious kitchen and dining area. Highlights include: - A generously-sized island bench-top and a sturdy dining table for up to 10 people. - Modern appliances including a Nespresso™ machine ( (limited coffee pods, BYO favourites), dishwasher and other modern accoutrements. - Cookware, utensils, dining cutlery, plates, glassware. - Two lounge areas with a small TV, DVD player, and some board games.
