The countryside by the sea: charming house of 200m2 with swimming pool, fireplace, bar and American-style kitchen enabling an entirely pedestrian stay - beautiful garden planted with trees on a 1000m2 enclosed plot. - 100m from the village center and its shops, -beach 200m, - Train station Les Moutiers en Retz 300m. - washing machine, dishwasher, WIFI, piano, board games, novels, garden furniture, barbecue, parasol, deckchairs, comforter, pillow - Outbuilding for additional travellers The space Our house offers a peaceful retreat to enjoy the seaside in a charming little village. On sunny days, when the tide isn't high, swimming is always possible in our 9x4.5m pool, whose cover heats up thanks to the greenhouse effect as soon as the sun rises. The pool is closed for the winter from mid-October to mid-March. In winter, after pleasant walks or bike rides in the marshes or along the coast, you can relax by the fireplace and watch a good film on the large-screen TV connected to the Freebox. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house via the Freebox and two access points. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook just like at home. Upon your booking request, we will send you a detailed description of the house. Bed linen is provided free of charge for stays of at least 5 days. Otherwise, there is a €5/person supplement for bed linens or a €10/person supplement for beds made up (subject to the availability of our housekeeper). Guest access Access to the entire house excluding outbuildings and storage rooms, which will remain closed and inaccessible during the travellers' stay. Other things to note Ideal for 3 families. Spacious rooms allowing travelers to install their own baby cots and/or the 2 beds provided. The living room includes two high chairs for the little ones to enjoy. Pets not allowed For 2 or more additional travelers (as indicated in the rates section +35€/traveler/night), they can be accommodated in an outbuilding: a small house located 10m below our house. This outbuilding includes a shower room, toilet, kitchenette and car parking space. Up to 5 additional travellers can be added For stays of at least one week, the price includes bed linen. You can also have the beds made up on arrival, if our cleaning lady is available, with a supplement of 5€/person. For shorter stays, bed linen will be provided at a supplement of 5€/person and for beds to be made up, if our cleaning lady is available, the supplement will be 10€/person. To be paid on site
