Wifi. * Views to the court yard * Not fit for small children * Must fill in a passenger card * AC machine in the living room The space The building is is from the time when Finland was still ruled by the czar. The courtyard building was originally for the servants and made of wood, later replaced with this stone building. The apartments in the attic were built in 2011. The apartment has unique ambience and quirky design provided by the little tower and a skylight window. During the summer time we place an AC machine in the tower. It is connected to the window in the tower and its location can not be changed. We also provide a separate fan. Guests have been quite happy with these although an old building does not provide a centralized AC or a heat pump. The grocery shops are next door, several restaurants and coffee shops for all kind of tastes. Vietnamese, Indian, Spanish and Japanese options are within 100 meters from the apartment. Also fancier restaurants can be found, such as Restaurant Nolla round the corner. Nolla prides itself producing zero waste. Guest access The building is on a pedestrian street so easy to walk around. The closest tram stop on Fredrikinkatu 150 metres away. City bikes also available in the area in the summer time. The info folder in the apartment has contact information regarding local public transportation, taxi, city bikes and health services. There is at least one physical key in the apartment. In addition the smart lock works with mobile phone and the PIN-code is valid throughout your visit. You don't have to do a separate journey to pick up the key from somewhere else (many offer a separate pick-up location such as their own office, R-kioski or post office). The apartment is fully available for the guest except one maintenance cabinet which is locked. Other things to note The access is organised with a smart lock at your convenience. You must have a smart phone with mobile data enabled to use it (remember to enable roaming). The PIN code for the smart lock is valit throughout your visit from the check-in time until the check-out time. Please note that check-in is after4 pm / 16.00 and check-out by 11 am. If you want earlier check-in or later check-out, inquire the option at the time of reservation (the price is 10 eur/h). Please note that the change of schedule is not always possible. Please note that no same day change requests can be accommodated because the housekeeping schedule must be agreed upon earlier and can not be changed ad-hoc.
