The space This cozy and bright 49 sq.m. studio located on the 3rd floor in a building on the beach has arguably the best view and location in Sunny Beach. The studio may accommodate up to 4 guests in one double bed and one sofa bed + 1 baby in one baby crib (subject to availability). It has a private bathroom, a kitchenette and a shady seaview terrace. Guest access The studio is fully furnished and features the following facilities: cable TV, Air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, free fitness zone, free public parking is 700 m. away or 10 minutes walking distance (paid parking on sight), well equipped kitchenette, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator, DVD player, telephone, hairdryer, iron, clothes drying rack.
