It is a luxurious resort-feel residential development. My place is 10 minutes away from airport via Skyway, accessible to SM Mall of Asia , MOA Arena, SMX, Bluebay, Dampa Seaside, Cultural Center Philippines, Starcity, City of Dreams, Solaire Casinos and Restaurants, and very accessible with public transportation The space RP Condo 2 @ Shell Residences is a brand new & fully furnished unit. It is perfect for an individual traveler or for a couple who wants a luxurious but affordable place to stay. This charming unit was designed to offer a home-like ambiance and with guests' comfort in mind. It has all the luxury amenities and convenience comparable to a 5-Star Hotel; The unit has a Queen sized bed with premium mattress, a 40” inches Sony full-HD TV with Skycable Channels, a complimentary WiFi internet and a fully functional kitchen. It’s equipped with hot and cold water in the shower. Bathroom essentials and towels are also provided. Guest access POOL: Guest can have access to the pool but with a minimal fee collected by the Building Admin. All guests are required to pay in Admin-office if should you choose to use the facility. Bring cash as it is the only mode of payment they accept. Fees are as follows; Php150 per guest per day on regular days Php300 per guest per day on holidays NECESSITIES: Coffee shop, restaurants, gym, convenience store, spa, laundry shop and beauty salon are located at the strip on the ground floor. PARKING: Ground floor open parking area available along the strip where the shops are located with the following fees; First 2 Hours: php30.00 Succeeding hourly rate until 9pm - php20.00 Overnight fee - Php300 Other things to note IMPORTANT: Once booking is confirmed, we require our guests to email us at least two days prior to booking date, a scanned copy of Valid ID (i.e. Passport/Driver's License) of every staying guest as this is a mandatory requirement of the Building Admin and Security. This will ensure a smooth and hassle-free check in.
