The space The apartment is located in a semi-central, residential, very lively and safe area of Milan. It is very close to where the famous Salone del Mobile -Fuorisalone / Design Week is held every year, to the Navigli, and to the shopping area of Corso Vercelli / Magenta. The building in which it is located is well-kept and clean, and has a concierge and elevator. From the entrance of the apartment you can access the living room, which all the other rooms overlook. The living room is equipped with a sofa, a bookcase and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is accessed through a double sliding door. In the kitchen there is the washing machine, in addition to the refrigerator, oven and microwave. It is large, habitable and very bright, like the whole apartment. The bathroom has a shower. The kitchen and bathroom have a large triple window. The bedroom has a double bed and a large full-height wardrobe (four seasons). There is another closet in the entrance and a third in the living room. Bedroom and living room both overlook the same planted balcony. The heating is centralized, and the windows are thermally and sound-insulating. There are ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. The apartment is equipped with a wifi internet connection.
