Friendly and bright 2-room apartment with garden

A small but nice apartment (approx. 45 square meters) with garden awaits you. The apartment is located in a low-traffic street, right on the field, on the Schäfersberg. Hikes are possible from the garden gate. Feldberg and Altkönig can be reached in a day trip. The beautiful forest swimming pool can be reached via orchards in about 15 minutes on foot. The location is idyllic and at the same time practical: you can reach Rheingau in 30-40 minutes, Wiesbaden in approx. 20 minutes, and Frankfurt in about 30 minutes. The space The apartment is on the first floor of our house and is completely separate. The apartment is divided into a spacious living-dining room with dining table and four chairs, a sofa bed (1.40), two comfortable armchairs and a coffee table. From here you have direct access to the garden with small seating. The living room is bright and welcoming thanks to the large windows. In the bedroom there is a double bed (1.40) and a wardrobe. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking - stove and oven, fridge with ice box, as well as coffee maker, kettle and toaster. There is also a washing machine. Shampoo and shower gel are available in the bathroom (with shower). Guest access The apartment has its own entrance. You can access it independently using the key box. The apartment is on one level and accessible from the street at ground level (no stairs). Other things to note You can bring your pet by arrangement (additional fee €20). Since we always make the apartment available to our (in-laws) parents for childcare, we usually rent the apartment for no longer than 4-6 weeks.
