Lake Cushman 3 bd/2 bath W/Stunning View & Game Rm

Welcome to Potlatch Cabin! The cabin is perched in the trees over the shores of Lake Cushman with expansive views of the lake (views only, no direct water access) and mountains of the Olympics. It features updated baths/kitchen and is the perfect destination for watching sunset on the deck or playing a competitive match of foosball in the game room. The house is minutes away from hiking trails and 20 mins to Hoodsport and Hood canal. Strictly no pets/parties. A gem in the woods! The space Potlatch Cabin is a home away from home in the woods. Located in the private community of Lake Cushman, the home is in the neighborhood closest to Olympic National Park. The main floor of the home includes 2 bedrooms, newly remodeled bathroom, laundry room, kitchen, and an open dining and living room that leads to the deck over Lake Cushman. There is no direct water access from the house, it is 1 mile away. Stairs lead up to the loft suite which includes a sitting area with pull out sofa and a bedroom with queen and king beds. Another newly renovated bathroom is up in the loft. The loft suite has doors for privacy, but the upper area is open and sound travels here. I would call it semi-private. The walk out basement with more views of Lake Cushman includes a 75” tv with a leather reclining sofa and games games games! The house has a propane fireplace, expansive deck, and air conditioning. WiFi is consistent and available and either the dining table, the basement game table, or the outside patio could be used as a work station. There is no cell phone service, (unless you have Verizon) but if you enable Wi-fi calling on your phone, you can use it. The house is comfortable and cozy and you won’t want to leave! Guest access Guests have access to the entire home including the stocked kitchen, the deck and outdoor spaces, and the game room (arcade pac-man, ping pong, foosball, connect-4, and board games). There is a path towards the high bank waterfront (no water access) that guests are allowed to walk on. There is a small fence. Do not go beyond the fence or the boundaries of the property onto any neighbors property. There is a visible bridge from on property. This is the neighbor’s and no guests are permitted use. The cliff is very sudden and steep and drops 40 ft -hence the fence. Other things to note We don’t allow any outdoor fires on our property due to frequent burn bans and risk of forest fires so close to the National Forest and National Park. Fireworks of any kind, including sparklers, are prohibited.
