Lovingly furnished attic apartment, flooded with light, with a cozy terrace and views over Sitges. The apartment is centrally located, less than 5 minutes from the historic center. Along numerous boutiques, cafes and restaurants, you can reach the beach in just 10 minutes, provided you do not stop everywhere. There is no Wi-Fi in the apartment. The train station and airport bus station are 5 minutes away. The space The apartment (50 m²) has 2 bedrooms, a living room, a small fully equipped kitchen, a small bathroom (newly renovated in 2018), a storage room and a 17 m² terrace. We have NO Wi-Fi, NO TV and no washing machine. The apartment is lovingly furnished, has windows to the north and south and therefore allows natural ventilation of the living rooms. The apartment is on the 5th floor and there is NO elevator. The terrace offers a fantastic view both towards the sea and the hills of Garraff. A generous electric awning provides shade on the terrace on hot summer days. And although you live in a busy area, the apartment is quiet, as it is on the 5th floor. Guest access You rent the whole apartment. The apartment is rented to a maximum of 3 adults. One parent bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and a children's bedroom with bunk beds offer 4 sleeping accommodations. It is therefore possible to rent the apartment as a family of 4 (small children), but note that we only have a small bathroom. 4-person occupancy only in consultation with us. Surcharge 20 euros/night. The kitchen was renovated at the beginning of 2023, is small but fully equipped: oven, Bialetti coffee machine, toaster and the usual utensils. The bathroom has a shower cabin with a rain shower. We provide a bath towel and a hand towel. For beach towels we charge a surcharge of €5. You can leave your luggage in the storage room, where you will also find various utensils for the terrace, as well as for beach use. From the living room, a large glass sliding door leads to the 17 m² terrace with views over all of Sitges. Other things to note We have kept the apartment in good condition for years and furnished it with a lot of love. Since we no longer go on vacation during the main travel times, we can make our vacation nest accessible to guests. We are happy if you feel comfortable with us and take care of the apartment. Please note that the apartment is located in an apartment building, we ask you to take this into account and to refrain from excessive noise emissions. No parties.
