Close to Umhlanga and Umdloti. Beach Access: 12-14 minute walk down a nature trail to umdloti beach. Open 6am-6pm. The apartment has 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, a full kitchen and open plan living area. A lovely covered balcony with stunning view that includes the Hawaan forest, local wildlife (including Warthog & Small Buck). 1 undercover parking bay, and visitors parking (located outside) Communal Areas in the complex There are 3 swimming pools, 2 lap pools and 1 covered pool with loungers and magnificent uninterrupted panoramic ocean views. The rooftop pool area is perfect for sundowner evenings with friends. There is also a zen garden and children’s play park with a new state-of-the-art play gym to entertain your little one. Leave your car behind and enjoy private access to the relaxing Umdloti beach via a short scenic forest walk. We look forward on hosting you and making it an experience to remember! Nearby Restaurants: Gold Coast Estate in Sibaya (100 Heleza Boulevard) has a lovely restaurant facility you are welcome to use! There is a variety of food choices, and they do breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are vegan and veggie options also available. The place is kid friendly also with a play room and play ground for the kids. Rules & Requirements: Noise: This property is VERY strict when it comes to noise complaints. NO loud tv, loud music, excessive noise, or parties are allowed. Should security be called to you due to a noise complaint you could be liable for a R1000 to a R5000 fine depending. Should these incidents occur you will be liable to pay the fines. Please remember this is a residential area, and not a hotel. If you feel like you will not be able to keep to these rules, we understand should you wish to cancel and book elsewhere. Guest Access: You will be required to do biometric access for your stay that lasts the duration of your booking. You will be required to send us ALL GUESTS full names and ID Numbers or birthdates. No visitors are allowed without permission by us, your hosts. Clean Fee: The cleaning fee covers the clean AFTER your stay. For additional cleans/linen changes please request, it will be an additional cost depending on what you need. Self Catering: You are staying in a fully self catering home. We do provide a welcome kit with shampoo, body wash, soap, tea/coffee for your arrival, but thereafter you'll need to supply the rest. We also provide a roll of toilet paper per bathroom for arrival, the rest will be for you to provide. Linen is provided, however it is one bath towel per guest, one hand towel & bath mat per bathroom. Again for linen changes, there will be an additional cost. Please request in advance. Beach towels are not provided, please bring your own.
